Ronan Colleran

Managing Director

Ronan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Galway and completed a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin, prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. He founded Accreate in 2001 and has dedicated the majority of his professional career to executive level recruitment. Ronan's indepth understanding of the Irish and international job markets has been an enormous help in advising corporates on the hiring of key employees.

Ronan is a former elected member of the Governing Authority of the National University of Ireland, Galway. In addition, he served as a member of the Audit, Finance and Human Resource committees of the University.

Stewart Rogers

Chairman

Stewart brings a wealth of experience to Accreate. He has over 30 years’ business management and consulting exposure with leading organisations in the UK where he has been instrumental in driving change and business performance improvement.

A former Director of Hays Management Consultants, Stewart has also worked in management positions with Philips Electronics and Grand Metropolitan. He has a strong track record of success in executive search, including having jointly led the acquisition of Odgers Ray & Berndston in the UK where he remained as interim COO and subsequently Non-Executive Director until the sale of the company to OPD in 2005. Stewart has acted as Non Executive Chairman of Premier Group since mid 2007 and played a key role in leading the acquisition of Imprint Plc.
