Ronan Colleran

Managing Director

Ronan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin where he worked across the Audit, Risk Advisory and Tax Divisions prior to gaining experience working in risk management and change management roles with Ansett Airlines in Melbourne and Australian Water Corporation in Sydney. 

Ronan founded Accreate in 2001 and over the years he has become a trusted advisor to many high profile organisations assisting them in developing hiring strategies and ultimately attracting the best talent to their organisation at the senior level.

Non-Executive Chairman

Stewart brings a wealth of experience to Accreate. He has over 30 years’ business management and consulting exposure with leading organisations in the UK where he has been instrumental in driving change and business performance improvement.

A former Director of Hay Management Consultants, Stewart has also worked in management positions with Philips Electronics and Grand Metropolitan.

Nikki is Practice Leader for our Technology & Digital team. With almost ten years’ specialist experience assisting clients with their leadership resourcing and talent management requirements, Nikki has a strong understanding of the Technology, Digital and E-Business sectors internationally and is the recognised subject matter expert in this space in Ireland.

David is Practice Leader for our Life Sciences and FMCG team and has over ten years’ experience working with clients on their technical resourcing needs. Prior to joining Accreate, he worked within the Group as Divisional Manager based in Cork.

Richard is Practice Leader for our Banking and Insurance team. He brings a wealth of international experience to Accreate having worked the majority of his professional career between Europe and Asia Pacific.

To date, Richard’s experience has primarily been focused in the Financial Services area where he particularly enjoys dealing with the complexity of investment banking and insurance.
