Psychometric Assessment:

Accreate is an advocate of the use of psychometric testing to enhance the predictive accuracy of the assessment and selection process. We utilise the latest psychometric testing tools available as part of the shortlist process, followed by a validation interview. Within our senior management team we have extensive skills in psychometric assessment. Accreate offers psychometric assessment as an optional service at the client's discretion. All psychometric assessments are conducted in-house to ensure confidentiality.
