Karl graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree (2:1 honours) in Accounting & Human Resource Management before joining an international recruitment consultancy firm in Dublin where he worked for 2 years specialising in the placement of candidates into temporary/contract roles. Since joining Accreate he has focused primarily on providing temporary/contract recruitment solutions for blue chip clients in the financial services sector.
