As Client Services Leader, Lorraine provides a comprehensive and commercially focussed service across the Accreate business and brings a wealth of international customer and client based support knowledge and experience to the Accreate team. Lorraine’s role includes coordinating all of Accreate’s Marketing, Public Relations and Corporate Event activities. Lorraine also manages accreate.com and contributes significantly to the research function and preparation of our detailed research reports, to the highest client standards.
Lorraine’s career started in the aviation industry, ten years of which she spent working for British Airways. Here she managed a dedicated team that provided BA’s world renowned exemplary care and service to the airline’s first class client base. Since leaving the aviation industry Lorraine has worked for Portebello Institute as a tutor, Clear Channel Outdoors Advertising as a campaign planner and before joining Accreate Lorraine worked for Matheson’s Law Firm in Client Services. Lorraine holds a postGraduate Diploma in Public Relations, a Diploma in Digital Marketing, a Diploma in Business Studies and a Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
