The Assignment

Eaton has embraced the digital world and their place in it to rethink innovation. They were seeking a passionate engineering leader to work with industrial power management products and services to lead and support this digital transformation. 

The Director, Centre for Intelligent Power, would be a member of the Chief Technology Officer’s corporate team, reporting directly to the EVP/CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of the company.  This position would be responsible for the start-up of the IoT (Internet of Things) and data science team in Dublin, Ireland as well as providing overall leadership and direction for the Centre of Intelligent Power teams including locations in India and the United States. 

Our Solution

The successful candidate would be tasked with building and mentoring a global software engineering team to develop, demystify and democratize data science and machine learning for IoT applications related to power management in the digital world.
