Chief Scientist - Intent and Autonomous Networks,  Huawei - Dublin

Accreate has been exclusively retained by Huawei to identify an exceptional technologist to lead a growing research and product team in Dublin.

The team has a rich networking knowledge, and strong insight into the ICT industry and industry-leading solutions and are applying a combination of advanced software techniques/architectures and deep domain expertise to transform the network to become agile, programmable, on-demand and autonomous. The successful candidate will be working with our highly talented team to unlock the potential of the network and make a major breakthrough in the network revolution.

Familiarity with many of the technologies under research is required:

  • Cloud and Data Center Networking
  • SDN, NFV, network orchestration and automation, IBN/IDN
  • DevOps and NetOps development for the production environment
  • Artificial Intelligence, machine learning algorithms, open-source frameworks and datasets
  • Block-chain
  • Graph modelling and database

Strong research background in academia or startup is preferred
Passion and drive to disrupt the status quo and seek out break-through innovation

Location
This is a full-time position at Huawei’s research centre based in Dublin, Ireland. Business trips may be required as necessary to support strategy engagements.
